Privacy Statement

In terms of the Organic Law 15/1999, of the 13^th December, of the protection of personal data, we inform the user of the existence of an automatically generated file, containing personal data and owned and managed by Sinpromi, S.L., in which personal data is transmitted via e-mail.

The user accepts, unless explicitly stated in a written and signed objection to Sinpromi, S.L., that the personal data provided or which will be provided in the future to Sinpromi, S.L., can be processed in a personal file. The purpose of the accumulated data is, to provide the services requested by the user, such as conducting polls and provide information of interest to the user.

In addition, the user consents that Sinpromi, S.L. can transfer personal data to public and/ or private bodies, in respect of the Spanish legislation on protection of personal data.

Users may utilise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of personal data by sending a written and signed request to the following address:
