ACCESIBLE:
Un espacio, instalación o servicio se considera ACCESIBLE si se ajusta a los requerimientos funcionales y dimensionales que garanticen su utilización autónoma y con comodidad por las personas con limitación, movilidad o comunicación reducida.
PRACTICABLE:
Un espacio, instalación o servicio se considera PRACTICABLE cuando, sin ajustarse a todos los requerimientos que lo califiquen como ACCESIBLE, no impide su utilización a las personas con limitación, movilidad o comunicación reducida con la ayuda de otra persona.
INACCESIBLE:
Un espacio, instalación o servicio se considera INACCESIBLE cuando las dependencias y elementos que la componen no permiten el acceso, la circulación y la estancia a personas con limitación, movilidad o comunicación reducida.

EVALUATION OF THE LEVEL OF ACCESSIBILITY
ACCESSIBLE:
A space, facility or service is considered to be ACCESSIBLE if it is adapted to the functional and size requirements which guarantee that it can be used autonomously and comfortably by persons with limitations, of limited mobility or communication.
PRACTICABLE:
A space, facility or service is considered practicable when, although it is not adapted to all the requirements which would make it ACCESSIBLE, it can be used by persons with limitations, or limited mobility or communication with the help of another person.
INACCESSIBLE:
A space, facility or service is considered INACCESSIBLE when the rooms and elements of which it is made up do not permit access, movement or the presence of persons with limitations, or of limited mobility or communication.

Ein Raum, Einrichtung oder ein Service gelten als NICHT-BARRIEREFREI, wenn Räumlichkeiten und ihre Elemente für Menschen mit Behinderungen, eingeschränkter Mobilität oder eingeschränkten Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten nicht zugänglich oder nutzbar sind.

NON ACCESSIBILE:
Uno spazio, struttura o servizio si considera NON ACCESSIBILE quando i locali e gli elementi che lo formano non consentono l'accesso, la circolazione e il soggiorno alle persone disabili con mobilità o capacità di comunicazione ridotte.
